These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to Your access to, and use of the Application (defined hereinbelow). The Application is operated by Evolution OS and its subsidiaries, associates, licensees, and affiliated companies (“Evolution OS”).

You acknowledge that Evolution OS is providing you with a revocabale license to use limited features of the Application and is not selling the Application or any features or technologies contained therein.

By continuing usage of the Application, You are consenting to be bound by these T&Cs. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THESE T&Cs BEFORE YOU USE THE APPLICATION AND FEATURES CONTAINED THEREIN. If You find any of the T&Cs unacceptable, do not tender your acceptance to use the Application or avail any of its features. YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE T&Cs SHALL OPERATE AS A BINDING AND LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ANI IN RESPECT OF THE FEATURES OFFERED/AVAILED USING THE MOBILE APPLICATION.

I. DEFINITIONS

All of the defined and capitalized terms in these T&Cs will have the meaning assigned to them here below:

• “Account” refers to the User’s account on the mobile application Evolution OS enabling the use of the Application by the User
• “Application” shall mean the mobile application “Evolution OS” and shall mean and include any updates provided by Evolution OS from time to time.
•  “Registration Data” shall mean and may include the present, valid, true and accurate name, Email ID, age and such other information as may be required by Evolution OS from time to time, provided by the Users at the time of registration on the mobile application Evolution OS or otherwise.
• “User” shall mean persons who have created an Account and use the Application.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
2. Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the account registration process.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1. Service Provider Qualifications: Evolution On Demand takes reasonable steps to verify the qualifications and backgrounds of service providers on the platform. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of their information.
2. Service Selection: Users have the responsibility to carefully select service providers based on their individual needs and preferences.
3. Service Delivery: Evolution On Demand is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcomes of services provided by service providers. Users should communicate directly with service providers to discuss expectations and requirements.

1. Service Fees: Users are responsible for paying the fees associated with the services they book through the Platform.

1. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. ie: STRIPE
2. Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the specific service provider.

1. Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities on the Platform.
2. Content Guidelines: Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they submit on the Platform, including reviews and feedback.
3. Respectful Communication: Users must communicate with service providers and other users respectfully and professionally.

1. Platform Content: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without prior written consent from Evolution On Demand.

1. User Privacy: Evolution On Demand collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
2. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

1. Evolution On Demand shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or services provided by service providers.

1. Evolution On Demand reserves the right to modify or terminate the Platform, services, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Evolution On Demand operates.

• The referral program is open to all Evolution OS users who have a registered account.
• Referrals can be made to both customers and service providers.

• For each referred customer who makes a purchase of $100 or more, the referrer will receive a reward of $1.
• The reward will be credited to the referrer's Evolution OS account.
• Rewards can be used as credits towards future service bookings or requested as a payout, subject to the minimum payout threshold and any applicable fees.
• The referrer can earn rewards for up to 20 successful customer referrals.

• For each referred service provider, the referrer will receive a commission of 1-3% for every service rendered by the referred provider.
• The commission percentage will depend on the price and value of the service.
• Commissions will be credited to the referrer's Evolution OS account.
• The referrer can earn commissions for up to 26 successful service provider referrals.

• Rewards and commissions can be redeemed within the Evolution OS platform.
• Rewards can be used as credits towards future service bookings or requested as a payout, subject to the terms and conditions set by Evolution OS.
• Commissions will be credited to the referrer's account and can be used for future service bookings or requested as a payout, subject to the minimum payout threshold and any applicable fees.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a user can make.
• However, the number of rewards or commissions that can be earned is subject to the maximum limits mentioned in the referral program.

• Evolution OS provides a referral dashboard where users can track their referrals, rewards, and commissions.
• The referral dashboard is accessible through the Evolution OS app or website.

• Evolution OS reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.
• Any changes to the referral program will be communicated through the Evolution OS platform.

• Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral program will result in the immediate disqualification of the user from the program.
• Evolution OS reserves the right to take appropriate action against users engaging in fraudulent activity.

• Evolution OS reserves the right to modify the referral program terms and conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions through the Evolution OS platform.
